Emergency Response Services

	Ozone’s skilled manpower, and access to tools, vehicles and mobile communications, gives us all the resources necessary to expeditiously respond to your emergency. We pledge to do all we can to help customers resume their normal activities and level of comfort, in as short a time as possible.
	Immediately following a storm, the affected area is generally without power for a period of time. Most of our regular air-conditioning maintenance and repair work is either not necessary, or not possible, and we can therefore mobilize our people and resources quickly to assist our clients affected by the storm.
	Our Mechanics normally work by themselves, so they are fully self contained and comfortable with hazardous situations. They are also called upon at times to support and assist other trades (electricians, roofers, plumbers, elevator repairmen, etc.), so they are comfortable with many of the tasks of those trades as well.
